My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The room had a view over Bath street and had a wet room shower, which was great for me as I recently had a hip operation. The bed was comfy, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The meal and breakfast were both good. They even started serving breakfast at 6:00, which was perfect for our early bus schedule. However, the bed, while comfortable, was a bit noisy whenever I turned over. Despite not being brand new, the experience was excellent.
